VPG+
Visual Production Guide.
- VPG+ is designed to assist operators during assembly and rework processes. Operators are guided through different tightening sequences by VPG+ The software automatically selects the correct tightening program and the associated tool for the operation, it displays necessary instructions for the operator and it shows the operations status via imaging (by pressing OK, and NOK).
- In rework mode, the user can select the sequences manually VPG+ offers the possibility to check the status and results of all tightenings associated with the VIN number for each individual vehicle/product.
- VPG+ supports the two most common network databases, Oracle and SQL Server.
