High-Power Pneumatic Motor Click Torque Wrench

This torque wrench offers a two-step tightening process. An approach tightening: achieved using the integrated high-power pneumatic motor and a final tightening: performed manually to ensure precision.

• Two conventional tightening steps; an impact tool + torque wrench, can be performed by a single tool, significantly improving work efficiency.
• An LS version is available with a "limit switch" to integrate with error-proofing systems (Poka-Yoke).
• No reaction arm is needed: up to 180 N·m (or equivalent) without reaction force.
•  The motor is engaged by the index finger trigger. Release after the preliminary adjustment, then apply manual force until the torque wrench "clicks" at the required torque setting.
